The company is happy to announce that they have taken over Stahlrohr GmbH in Duisburg effective May 12th 2023. Stahlrohr GmbH is market leader for welded tubes in western Europe for many years.

With this transaction, both companies are convinced to strengthen the combined market position not only for seamless but also for welded steel pipes and tubes permanently. It will enable the entities to act even more succesful.
